Hello! My name is Noelle and I am a local artist born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I recently graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). My concentrations are in Graphic Design and Metals.
I love design and getting to work with my hands. When I am not creating, you can find me with my kitty committee. I don't adopt cats… they adopt me! I have four adorable cats, Stitches, Simon, Stinky and Ghost. I also love astrology, (good) pop music, and spooky movies!
