Koloman Moser, Fromme’s Calendar, 1899
This poster was created for a fictitious exhibit at the El Paso Museum of Art. The goal was to combine El Paso imagery with the style of an artist or art movement. For this poster, I focused on the art movement of the Vienna Secession and referenced Koloman Moser’s Frommes Calendar, for the 14th Exhibition of the Vienna Secession and reimagined the female figure as a mariachi violinist.
